50th Birthday Cake

To many people it is also known as golden jubilee. It is very rare to see people enjoying their 50th birthday however, imagine you enjoying your 50th birthday with all your good old friends cutting a huge cake which shows how big you have grown. Exactly the same thing happened with me when my friends bought me a big chocolate cake on my 50th birthday. I was surprised to see how creative they can get at that age.

I was asked to join a party in a hotel and I didn’t realize that was my birthday and when I saw that huge 50 inch cake on the table I was shocked to see the love and care from my friends. Great style to make a person feel important at that age too.

The cake was just mind blowing. It had a layer of chocolate, vanilla and nuts poured in it. I was the first person to cut and try the cake after giving the opening speech. I was asked to be gentle with the cake but I apologized right at the beginning that cutting cakes is not my cup of tea. I was then smeared by my friends all over the body and thrown into the pool. I recalled my olden golden days when I used to enjoy my birthdays like that but at this age making it possible just cherished my memory.

Thanks to all my buddies. I am looking forward to enjoying all the birthdays like this but I am sure the 50th birthday and the cake will be always special for me.
