Blackberry Jam Birthday Cake

I made a delicious and yummy cake on my uncle’s 50th birthday. My uncle is fond of Blackberry Jam Cake so I prepared this cake with full dedication. So I am going to tell you this recipe. The ingredients to make this cake are given below. You might require an additional hand as my sister helped me make this cake.

1-1/2 or 1 cup Soft Butter
2-less than 2 cups Brown Sugar
3-1 tsp Baking Soda
4-1 cup Blackberry Jam
5- Egg Yolks of two or three medium size eggs you can use egg whites also
6-1/2 cup Flour
7- Raisins ¾ cup
8-1/4 tsp Baking Powder
9-1/8 tsp Baking Soda
10- A pinch Salt according to your taste you may not use it also.
11-1 cup Chocolate Chips

Mix butter and sugar with egg yolk and flour, take flour not more than two tsp and add the whole mixture properly. After that add Baking Soda and Baking Powder and add mix the mixture again until the mixture becomes even. You can also add some extra Ingredients according to your taste. Take all dry ingredients and mix them with sour milk, jam and egg whites and blend the mixture. Now it is time to add raisins. Hold a cake pan and pour the whole mixture into the pan. Then add Chocolate Chips in the cake. Now bake the cake for in a preheated oven at a temperature of 375 deg F, for 30 minutes. Serve the cake either warm or cold - whatever you desire.

The above mentioned recipe is my own creation and when I served my home made cake, everybody was very grateful and greatly enjoyed it because it was really yummy and delicious.
